We are rather full today

It seems we are rather full today,
I am very glad to say.
So if you think you are able,
please sit upon the table.
but when your turn comes round to speak,
keep up your voice as there's no use being weak,
you see, we like to hear how poems sound,
and spoken, of course, the right way round.
feel free to take a nap, if needs be,
it's not vey likely that any of us will see.
but most of all, let your imagination wonder,
and leave us with images on that we may ponder!
